Understanding the Global Economy—by Dr. Howard Richards, founder and Professor emeritus of the Peace and Global Studies at Earlham College printed the second edition in July, 2004 by Peace Education Books.

 

This 2nd edition began as a draft copy (more content to be added) in January of 2004 in Rosario, Argentina at a regional meeting of NGOs and signatory nations that comprise the International Association of Educating Cities (IAEC). The author presented a teach-in—Another World is Possible—and gave draft copies of his book to UNESCO reps and IAEC presenters.
